💪 What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of door-to-door roofing Sales Representatives
- Train and develop reps in the office and in the field—show them the ropes, coach through challenges, and help them level up to the Expert role
- Execute onboarding programs, run training classes, and support sales meetings
- Drive team performance and productivity, monitor pipelines, and track conversion rates
- Scope projects, attend adjuster appointments, and support customer issue resolution
- Scout new territories and analyze storm markets for opportunity
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and building a high-performing, success-driven team
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to helping your team win
- Natural leadership skills and a passion for training and mentorship
- Comfort working in both office and field environments
- Experience in sales, training, or team leadership (roofing or construction industry a plus!)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
