The Role
As Co-Founder & Head of Growth and Strategic Partnerships, you’ll be a key driver of NOYACK’s mission, spearheading growth initiatives, building high-value partnerships, and scaling our go-to-market (GTM) strategy from the ground up. This is a 50% equity-compensation role with health benefits and the opportunity to create a legacy in a rapidly growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Execute Growth Strategy : Develop and implement a 0-to-1 growth plan that establishes NOYACK’s market presence and resonates with our target audience.
- Lead Partnerships Development : Build strategic relationships with financial influencers, creators, brands, and industry leaders. Personally drive partner outreach, negotiate deals, and secure long-term collaborations.
- Drive RevOps Excellence : Establish and optimize revenue operations processes to ensure customer acquisition and retention are seamless and data-driven.
- Community Engagement : Foster an active, vibrant user base that values financial education and investment.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution and measurable success.
- Monitor and Iterate : Leverage analytics to track KPIs, adapt strategies, and ensure sustainable growth.
