UX & Website Copywriter (Fintech Experience Required)

NOYACK is relaunching its website. We need a UX & Website Copywriter with at least 3 years of fintech or financial services experience to translate investment strategies and financial education into copy Millennials and Gen Z actually want to read.

We’re building a platform for a generation set to inherit $69 trillion. The right writer knows how to turn dense financial jargon into content that drives clarity, trust, and conversions.

You’ll work with product, design, and marketing teams to write homepage headlines, investor education content, and everything in between—optimizing for both readability and SEO.

• Write UX copy across our website, from landing pages to financial learning tools.
• Simplify complex concepts—turn terms like "qualified purchaser" and "direct investment" into content that resonates with 25-year-olds with a Robinhood account.
• Align copy with UX to support intuitive flows and conversion goals.
• Collaborate across teams to articulate NOYACK’s products, especially our focus on alternative assets.
• Maintain voice consistency across the full site experience.
• SEO-optimize copy without sacrificing tone or trust.

• 4–6 years of digital writing experience, including at least 3 years in fintech, financial services, or investor education.
• Strong UX and product writing background, with examples of work that increased engagement, time-on-site, or conversions.
• Ability to write for a Gen Z and Millennial audience, especially first-time or retail investors.
• Skilled in collaborating with designers and product teams to shape end-to-end user experiences.
• SEO expertise—knows what matters and what doesn't.
• Bonus: experience with alternative assets (real estate, private credit, etc.) or B2C fintech platforms.
