Your Role as an Outside Sales Representative:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your role is more than just selling; it's about forming meaningful connections, solving customer problems, and being a trusted advisor. You'll be the face of Nozzle Nolen in your assigned territory, engaging with existing customers, prospecting new ones, and re-engaging with past clients to maintain and grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Networking: Build a robust network of clients and sources to generate new sales leads, forging strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Sales Process Management: Lead customers through every step of the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, including proposals, agreements, pricing, and payment collection.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure post-service follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction, identify additional sales opportunities, and secure referrals.
- Brand Representation: Participate in home shows, community events, and social media campaigns to enhance Nozzle Nolen's presence and generate leads.
- Travel: Enjoy the autonomy of traveling within your territory, meeting clients face-to face, and making a tangible impact on your community.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in outside sales or related fields.
- Customer Service: A minimum of 2 years is preferred but not required.
Training and Development:
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Paid Training.
- Ongoing training and monthly coaching sessions.
- Sales and personal development training to keep you sharp and on the path to success.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, crawling, crouching, or lifting (up to 20 lbs).
Flexible Schedule:
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule with select Saturdays (8 am - 12 pm), varying based on peak times and staffing needs.
