Position: Termite Technician - As our Termite Technician, you will provide services to customers that prevent and/or eliminate infestation and damage in the building, homes ad surrounding structures. You will provide high quality termite control inspections and treatment for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow written and oral instructions.
- Communicate clearly with customers in person and by phone.
- Visually inspect for termite, pest entries, apply pesticides in accordance with regulations and label instructions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Handle physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs., accessing roofs via ladders, and inspecting crawl spaces.
- Operate necessary tools and equipment, including iPads and termite rods.
- Tolerate various environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and dusty locations.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Must have a valid driver's license. - minimum of 5 years driving history
- Experience: 1 year in pest control or termite treatment is preferred but not required.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record for the past 3years.
- Skills: Good communication, tech-savvy, ability to follow instructions, and proficiency with lawn equipment (preferred but not required).
Paid Training Requirements:
- Complete Nozzle Nolen Orientation and Training
- May need to complete state certification/licensing after on-the-job training.
- Additional training as identified by Supervisor or Human Resources
