We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.
Position Requirements
Responsibilities :
Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls
Educate and assist customers
Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs
Plan and communicate to prevent problems and / or resolve emerging issues
Required to drive to different jobsites
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and feedback
Excellent attendance
Willingness to work OT when required
Other Duties as assigned
Requires on call nights & weekends at least once a month
Qualifications :
5 year experience with service plumbing
Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Must have valid driver's license
