Community Health Center seeks Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine near Hartford, CT!

2 months off per year!45 minutes from Hartford / small quaint town

  • This group experiences great tenure with all their staff because of their caring and genuine culture!
  • 20 years in practice
  • 3 physicians, 10 NPs( 2 Psychiatrists)
  • 3 locations
  • 100 team members

Benefits :

  • 2 months off per year, paid!!4 weeks vacation, 1 week sick, 1 week CME / personal day and 2 weeks in holidays
  • Student loan repayment through NHSC , HPSA scores 16 and 17
  • Base up to $230,000 based on experience.
  • Assistant Medical Director opportunities available right away
  • Short distance to Boston and NYC, right in between

    • This Primary Care Role :

  • Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine
  • Practice Locations : Torrington, Winsted, and North Canaan, CT
  • Mon-Fri - 8 : 30 - 5pm
  • No in person weekends.Call 1 : 6 on weekends
  • 18 patients per day / average.
  • Family Med Providers are seeing kids and adults
  • Collaborative team setting not a solo role.
  • We are looking for a humble team player who loves to work well with others
  • Open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
