Your Role with the Company :
Full-time position, 4 days / week, 40hrs / week, no weekends
In-depth training / Fellowship program for NP as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months, Employer will assist with licensing
Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in a clinic setting in rural communities in CO, KS, WY, MN, MT, WA
NP will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain

Background Profile :
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred
