Big Texas non-profit Health System is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient Heart Failure Clinic in Tyler, TX!

    • Job / Practice Description :

  • Full-time position, M-F 8-5
  • Collaborative culture between APPs and Physicians in a supportive environment
  • 15-20 patients / day
  • Epic EMR

    • Profile Background :

  • Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner / ACNP, or Physician Assistant / PA
  • Cardiology experience as an NP or PA is required
