Established Primary Care clinic is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an outpatient setting in New Haven, Connecticut!

Your Role with the Group:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM
- Potential for a 4 day work week
- FNP or PA will be working in an outpatient family practice setting
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 1 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
