Job description : Field Applications EngineerRole DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Field Applications Engineer responsible for providing technical support, sales assistance, and expertise in analog andelectronics. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with field applications, supporting sales team efforts, and ensuring effective utilization of capital equipment or machinery and associated electrical or electronic systems.Will work with- Electrical power systems including 400 / 480 vac supply and motor control circuits- Electrical sizing requirements and various load calculations including short circuit, heat load, total power consumption.- PLC hardware application and usage. - Process instrumentation. Qualifications : Knowledgeable with NEC (NFPA 70) and UL508 standards.Field Applications and Technical Support skillsSales expertiseKnowledge in Analog and ElectronicsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in food, chemical, gas, or pharmaceutical process plantsAble to travel 60-70% within MidAtlantic or Midwest territory (two different roles)Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field| Why is This a Great Opportunity : Work independently and able to visit diverse plants to find and solve technical problems.
