- Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines business, ensuring all aspects of client servicing are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning :
- Utilize strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Daily Interaction :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by working with them daily to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on insurance products.
- Rate-Making and Underwriting :
- Demonstrate experience in rate-making and possess a general knowledge of underwriting processes to support client needs effectively.
- Staff Coordination :
- Manage and collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve daily operational challenges. Qualifications :
- Requirements :
- Licensing :
- Valid insurance license is required.
- Industry Expertise :
- Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and the application of policies to meet client needs.Knowledgeable about rating processes and available insurance markets.
- Experience :
- At least 3 years of experience in servicing commercial business.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with Applied TAM software preferred.
- Professionalism :
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Professional Designations :
- Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI are highly desirable but not required.
