- ELECTRICAL Project Manager (Mid to Senior Level)

- We are currently seeking Electrical Project Managers at all levels (Mid to Senior) to join our client's team who is one of the most sought after Electrical Construction Companies with long term stability. This is an exciting opportunity for both junior professionals looking to grow their careers and seasoned project managers eager to play an instrumental role in large, complex projects.
- Please note - Senior PM roles MUST have specific experience in Electrical Construction. Experience in Data Centers, Healthcare, Solar are highly preferred. Must have experience managing complex electrical projects in excess of $10MM budget.
- What You'll Do :
- Oversee electrical construction projects ranging from med to large-scale projects ($10MM and above).
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
- Manage project teams, which may include Assistant Project Managers, Foremen, and Area Superintendents.
- Supervise project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Assist with business development and build relationships with current and potential clients.
- Monitor construction activities on-site and resolve issues proactively.
- Negotiate and prepare change orders, ensuring financial and schedule impacts are addressed.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and track project financials, including progress billing and expenses.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- What You Bring to Us :
- A passion for project management with a focus on large construction projects that include components of electrical construction.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
- An understanding of financial aspects of project management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel for site visits (up to 25% depending on project needs).
- Preference is for those willing to relocate if not located near our clients sites. These are all on-site or in-office roles. Qualifications :
- What Youll Need to Be Successful :
- Electrical Experience
- A strong background in electrical construction is essential for more senior roles (Senior-Level must have at least 7-10 years of experience). For lower-level roles PMs must have at least 3 years of commercial construction experience on large projects plus a solid foundation in electrical construction. Those without electrical experience will not be considered.
- Project Experience
- For Mid-Level - 3 years of experience which can a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience. For Senior Level - Experience managing large-scale projects with a value of $10MM and above that include Electrical Construction.
- Leadership
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
- Education
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred. Related Experience will be considered.
- Experience
- Minimum of 10 years for Senior Level PMs, Minimum of 3 years for Mid-Level PMs ( which can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience)
- Technical Proficiency
