- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships or acquisitions.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing; Masters degree preferred.
- 12 months nursing experience with additional 6 months dialysis.
- Ht RN required additional 3 months in training of PD and Hd.
- Previous management or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to dialysis care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff and patient interaction.
