Job description : In this role, you will be at the forefront of litigation support, ensuring seamless use of mobile devices, video editing tools, and litigation technology software. Your contributions will directly support attorneys and staff in delivering exceptional client service.
- Responsibilities :
- Mobile Device and App Support
- Provide expert-level technical support for iPads and litigation-specific mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, set up devices, and deliver training on legal software and tools.
- Video Editing and Multimedia Production
- Edit and format video content for trials, depositions, and client presentations using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Ensure all multimedia assets meet professional-quality standards.
- Litigation Technology and Trial Support
- Assist attorneys with trial presentation software (e.g., TrialDirector, TrialPad) and document review platforms.
- Support in-court and remote hearings by setting up and operating audio-visual equipment and digital evidence tools.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and lead training sessions on litigation technology best practices and tools.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and procedures for continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Qualifications :
- Experience / Requirements :
- 3 years of litigation support experience, preferably in a law firm or legal department.
- Proven track record supporting iPads, mobile applications, and video editing tools in a professional setting.
- Hands-on experience with trial presentation software (e.g., TrialDirector, TrialPad).
- Technical Skills :
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with mobile devices, video editing tools, and presentation technology.
- Familiarity with iOS and corporate mobile device management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology platforms.
