- Job Description
- Lead the delivery of key assignments and business areas, providing strategic direction aligned with company vision and objectives.
- Drive planning performance for specific sectors and hubs, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
- Support long-term business strategy development and contribute to sustainable growth through effective planning and business development efforts.
- Assist senior management in negotiations and contract development, ensuring due diligence and adherence to company values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Network, innovate, and apply best practices by leveraging internal resources like Centers of Excellence and Knowledge Hub. Qualifications :
- Relevant degree qualification and professional membership or ongoing professional development.
- Extensive experience in capital program leadership and property or infrastructure project management.
- Proficient in project tools such as Primavera P6, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven leadership and management expertise, including guiding large, diverse teams and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
