Job description : A premier Am Law 100 firm seeks a
- Private Credit Associate
- to join its
- Charlotte office
- or other major office locations, including Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC. The associate will represent clients in private credit / finance transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating private credit agreements, advising on compliance, and collaborating on innovative solutions. Qualifications :
- 36 years of private credit / finance experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school (Juris Doctor degree required).
- Proven experience in cash flow deals, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Preferred : Exposure to asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts, and experience in multi-jurisdictional practice. Why is This a Great Opportunity :
