Job description : Strategic role to help create new business unit focused on creating new products for capital equipment for process plants.Will set up a technical team of direct reports including Product Manager and Product EngineersDevelop metrics for Strategy, Product Development, Marketing, Innovation, and ExecutionKey focus to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that meet the future needs of current and prospective customers.Play a critical leadership role in overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of products and solutions and lead a technical team to enhance theproducts market value.Report to Business Unit VP with visibility to executive team. - Working technical knowledge of process equipment including pressure vessels, tanks, piping and control systems.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth in a B2B environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Education :
