Job description :
The Safety Critical Software Lead will oversee and spearhead development of safety-critical software applications.
Qualifications :
U.S. CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY
Minimum Required Education & Experience :
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Systems Safety Software engineer or related role.
- Experience in safety-critical software development (as a developer), preferably using a modeling tool like Simulink or SCADE and converting to C / C
- Experience developing Level of Rigor artifacts needed for compliance to safety standards
- Experience (specific examples) of coordinating with systems teams, test teams, and dev teams to generate safety features
Preferred experience :
ON-SITE ROLE WITH LOCAL HYBRID AS AN OPTION
