Job description : As the Supply Chain Planning Systems Lead, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, ensuring efficient and scalable processes that support the growth of a large, vertically integrated agribusiness in California. You will leverage your deep expertise in Oracle modules and supply chain transformation to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role is essential in managing the complexities of the fresh food supply chain, where precision and responsiveness are paramount.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation :
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, focusing on Order Management, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, and Global Order Promising.
- Supply Chain Planning (S&OP) :
- Oversee the integration of Oracle SCM Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Planning, to optimize alignment between supply and demand.
- Project Leadership :
- Manage full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Conduct gap analyses, design solutions, and oversee development, testing, training, and deployment phases.
- Process Improvement :
- Analyze current supply chain processes and design future-state solutions to drive standardization and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end process improvements.
- Team Leadership :
- Supervise workstream teams, ensuring that project milestones and governance structures are met. Foster collaboration and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Additional Module Support :
- Provide support and expertise in additional Oracle Cloud modules, including Procurement, Manufacturing, and Inventory Management (preferred). Qualifications :
- 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years working with Oracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud. Experience with Oracle Procurement, InventoryManagement, andSupplyChainPlanningmodules preferred.
- Background in process manufacturing with experienceleading large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation projects in global or multi-site organizations.
- Exposure to large-scale agricultural operations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive standardization, operational transformation, and process optimization within complex manufacturing environments. Expertise in process engineering, cost accounting, and manufacturing execution systems (MES) tailored to the agriculture industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex business challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
