Job description : Our Client is seeking a junior associate to join the transactional tax practice group in their New York office. Their U.S. tax practice offers the full range of transactional tax planning services as well as providing counseling in risk management, and representation before the IRS and state and local tax authorities.In addition, their attorneys advise clients on new tax legislation and regulations, assist in the development of tax policy, and provide representation before Congress, the Department of the Treasury, and other governmental agencies Qualifications : Qualified applicants for this position must have :
- a minimum of 1 year of transactional tax experience;
- strong research, writing and analytic skills;
- an ability to work independently and creatively;
