Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee non-production operational activities and provide administrative support to Engineering, Purchasing, and Production Managers. Responsibilities include assisting with cost accounting, inventory tasks, and government contract processing. The role also involves greeting customers, answering phones, and handling filing, organizing, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Duties
1. Manage all plant operational activities, non-production
2. Assist Engineering, Purchasing and Production Managers with administrative tasks
3. Assist in cost accounting and inventory related duties.
4. Assist in processing government contracts.
5. Greet customers.
6. Answer phones.
7. Filing, organizing and other administrative duties.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
