What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at NPAS, Inc.?
General Duties. Production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to ISO 9001; 2015 quality standard.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assemble products pursuant to manufacturing procedures.
2. Test, solder, and process products as needed, with training.
3. Keep work areas clean and organized.
4. Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
5. Maintain the highest standard of quality.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, ISO requirements, company policies and procedures.
7. Work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
8. Cross-train to learn new electronics and manufacturing skills.
9. Be ready for advancement.
NPAS, Inc. is a manufacturing company based in Delaware, Ohio, with lots of opportunities for growth, training, and advancement in a less formal environment. We manufacture breath alcohol testing instruments, relays, contactors and switches. We are a prime contractor for the US Government, ISO 9001:2015 certified, and are growing rapidly. Typical Hours are 7am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday-some flexibility.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
