ELECTRICAL Project Manager (Mid to Senior Level)
Location : California Relocation Provided
Salary : $90,000 to $170,000, based on experience, background, and location. In addition, Bonus / Profit Sharing and Equity are a great advantage to becoming part of this incredible team and company.
We are currently seeking Electrical Project Managers at all levels (Mid to Senior) to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for both junior professionals looking to grow their careers and seasoned project managers eager to play an instrumental role in large, complex projects.
Please note - Senior PM roles MUST have specific experience in Electrical Construction. Experience in Data Centers, Healthcare, Solar are highly preferred. Must have experience managing complex electrical projects in excess of $10MM budget.
What You'll Do :
- Oversee electrical construction projects ranging from med to large-scale projects ($10MM and above).
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
- Manage project teams, which may include Assistant Project Managers, Foremen, and Area Superintendents.
- Supervise project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Assist with business development and build relationships with current and potential clients.
- Monitor construction activities on-site and resolve issues proactively.
- Negotiate and prepare change orders, ensuring financial and schedule impacts are addressed.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and track project financials, including progress billing and expenses.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
