What We Are Looking For:
An experienced Environmental Remediation Project Engineer ready to support and manage a design team using various remedial technologies to address various contaminants in soil, groundwater, stormwater, and air. The right candidate has experience with remediation under multi-state, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations. What You Will Be Doing:
Leading and supporting remedial and process engineering projects and teams to fill data gaps, design, construct, operate, and optimize systems
Evaluating data from aquifer tests, pilot studies, bench testing, sampling events, and modeling to develop remedial strategies
Preparing, reviewing, and mentoring others in development of design basis, technology selection, and design plans, specifications, and reports
Communicating with regulatory personnel and permitting agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations
Providing project and client management from small dry cleaners/gas stations to complex industrial facilities to major federal facilities
Preparing proposals, cost estimates, and long-term projections for remediation projects
Providing technical assistance to teams working across multiple offices throughout the country, problem-solving, mentoring, leading by example, and participating in corporate technical initiatives
Qualifications:
What You Will Need:
Bachelors degree from an ABET-accredited college in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
7-15 Years Of Experience Required
P.E. required
Hands-on experience with remediation technologies for soil, groundwater, stormwater, and air for a wide range of contaminants
A valid drivers license
Ability to travel overnight
