Key Responsibilities
Manage injection molding operations and process optimization
Execute quality control procedures and compliance documentation
Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Conduct process audits and maintain 5S standards
Coordinate with Quality Assurance team for product validation
Monitor production metrics and implement improvements
Supervise material handling and inventory management
Lead shift operations when required
Qualifications
Proven injection molding manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
Experience with GMP and quality management systems
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities
Physical ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
