Job Description :
- Lead luxury residential construction projects from start to finish, focusing on wood-frame over-podium builds.
- Oversee project planning, budget control, and schedule adherence to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Drive value engineering and cost-saving strategies throughout project phases.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
- Manage contract negotiations, develop project scopes, and handle RFQs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
- Leverage construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project) to track progress and efficiency.
