We are currently seeking a talented, full time Senior Planning Manager for Life Science and Industrial Manufacturing projects.
Job Description
- Lead key assignments and business areas, ensuring project delivery aligns with the company's vision and objectives, while supporting long-term planning performance.
- Implement and manage project planning and scheduling strategies, ensuring all projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
- Develop and evaluate master schedules using Primavera P6 for mega projects, including commissioning, validation, and qualification schedules.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams, maintaining clear communication and ensuring schedule data flows accurately across all parties.
- Conduct critical path, probabilistic, and schedule risk analyses, identifying deviations from the baseline, proposing corrective actions, and managing schedule impacts.
- Prepare and update progress reports, communicate potential project delays, and ensure schedule integrity through continuous monitoring and analysis.
