Impackt Packaging Solutions is a manufacturing/distribution company in West Hazleton, PA looking to add Material Handlers to our expanding team!
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Comply with all manufacturing/warehouse safety rules and guidelines
- Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Label all product and store accordingly
- Identify and locate the right products for our shipping and manufacturing processes
- Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
- Handle returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication
- Keep all material handling equipment in the best condition by completing daily checklists
- Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply
- Collaborate with internal departments to problem solve inventory discrepancies
Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting
- Experience in operating material handling equipment preferred
- Inventory control
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in forklift operation
- Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
