Second Shift Supervisor

Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday (4-day week)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our packaging supplies production team. This is a working supervisor position, meaning you will actively participate in the manufacturing process while leading a small team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the second shift manufacturing team.

· Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

· Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve their best performance.

· Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

· Maintain accurate production records and reports.
