As a Production Supervisor, you will manage the day-by-day production activities to ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders. You will ensure that the daily schedule and individual job requirements are understood by the production teams, assist in transitions between shifts, determine appropriate line-up of staff to equipment and/or workflow processes, and oversee job-tracking and reporting activities. Additionally, you will complete required time and attendance activities, deliver employee evaluations, and participate in daily schedule meetings. Most importantly, you will ensure compliance with NPC safety procedures and protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The general requirements to be considered for the Production Supervisor opportunity are:
- High school diploma required.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Strong and effective communication.
- Ability to multi-task and be organized.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing and/or conflicting priorities.
