What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Instructor position at NPower Solutions, LLC?
NPower is seeking skilled Operations Instructors for Peach Bottom Nuclear Station to support both Initial and Continuing Operations Training. The role requires that you will apply the ADDIE process to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver Instructor-Led Training (ILT) using the ADDIE instructional design process
Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust content as needed
Manage challenges related to overlapping ILT classes and resource limitations
Collaborate with operations leadership and subject matter experts to align training with station needs
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
10 years’ experience in Operations or Operations training
Prior SRO license or SRO certification
INPO Instructor Qualification or equivalent
Strong knowledge of nuclear regulations and operational procedures
