Scope of Work: NPower is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support for payroll processing and e-time entry. This hybrid position requires the flexibility to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and e-time entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including:
- Restocking and maintaining breakroom supplies.
- Setting up and preparing conference rooms for meetings.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in software such as MS Teams, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook to support office operations.
- Take initiative to handle tasks independently, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive mindset, capable of identifying and addressing needs without direct instruction.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
