The Chief Financial Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial functions within the Agency. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies, create fiscal forecasts, and assess their impact on the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
- Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, payroll, grants, fiscal management, and financial reporting.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the organization complies with all legal, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
- Internal Controls & Financial Policies: Develop, implement, and oversee robust internal financial controls to protect the organization's assets and ensure financial integrity.
