What are the responsibilities and job description for the FIeld Service Technician-Printing position at NPPS, Inc?
A leading international manufacturer of continuous roll-fed inkjet presses used in the labeling industries is looking for a field service engineer to be based out of Elgin, IL. This will allow you to work remotely from home. Mostly local / regional travel with very little national travel. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in field service or maintenance of inkjet printing equipment. Any experience in color printing is strongly desired. You DO NOT have to have direct industry experience to apply for the role. An Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics degree is welcomed. Good computer and communication skills are a must. The ability to work independently and within groups is vital to success in this role.
Hourly with OT, starting yearly base salary is between $70k and $75k so expect a $90k income potential with a solid benefits package and you get a car allowance, laptop, and cell phone.
