- Grow and develop the business commensurate with agreed upon goals and objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at current Processor customers (plan – do –
- Identify new products and technologies that will provide solutions to our customer’s needs. Oversee the strategy and
- Identify potential customers, markets, products, and technologies to develop additional sales opportunities.
- Frequent interface with key sales people in the field, accompanying them on customer visits.
- Active engagement in the development of the team – lead, direct, develop, motivate, evaluate. Actively develop and periodically monitor the progress of the team against agreed upon goals.
- Implement the Sales portion of SCOP with the cross-functional team to ensure volumes, sales, and volume changes are shared with the Operations and Planning teams to ensure strong delivery to our customers.
- Oversee and approve strategic bids to our customers. Ensure coordination with Customer Service, Operations, Pricing, and other functions to ensure new onboarding of new business or offboarding of lost business.
- Focuses on details of value creation, i.e., value-based pricing, continual cost improvement, and identifying profitable new business opportunities.
- Leads the Sales Team, Contract Administration and Business

- Develop relationships with new business accounts while maintaining long-standing relationships with distributors and end users
- Sell the value of products and influence customer’s decision to purchase.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Oversees the management of the company website to include: marketing materials, company information along with general oversight.
- Determine and implement strategic and/or tactical plans to win profitable new business.
- Negotiate sales and marketing contractual commitments
- Travel will be ongoing, including distributor meetings, sales events such as trade shows, customer site visits and corporate meetings.
- Represent NPX ONE, LLC at trade shows, conventions, and seminars to maintain customer contact, increase brand exposure, and publicize new products and services.
