Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced EH&S Business Unit Manager to lead our audit and certification programs under the EH&S Business Unit. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategies, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Business Unit Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the EH&S Business Unit, focusing on growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand our presence in the market.
• Audit Management: Oversee the conduct of audits, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and accreditation requirements.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of auditors and operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of environmental, health, and safety management system standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams, developing strategies, and driving results.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with executive, middle management, and line-level staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of applicable EMS/OHS workplace experience, with a focus on implementation/management, compliance & controls.
• Certifications: Prior experience in auditing/certification and/or implementation, with desirable certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor Certification(s).
