Assembler

Job Title: Assembler/Tester Technician
Location: Naples, FL
Duration: Direct Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Duties

• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks effectively.
• Operate forklifts as needed to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth assembly line flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the fabrication of components when necessary, applying mechanical knowledge for optimal results.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory operations is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as required for assembly tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.84 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
