Job Summary

The Call Center Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the call center team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance call center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills
  • Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer service experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers effectively
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in project management is beneficial
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.50 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
