Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Representative who excels in providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. This role involves in-person and face-to-face interactions with individuals, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. You will be responsible for assisting, directing, and managing the flow of 50-70 people per day, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Direct approximately 50-70 people per day to the appropriate departments, individuals, or services.
- Manage and respond to inquiries in-person, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Provide support for scheduling and managing appointments or meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure all visitors sign-in and follow building security protocols.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-traffic customer service or Human Services role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Basic administrative and office skills, including familiarity with office equipment and software.
