Electronic Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in electronic assembly processes. This role involves working with various electronic components, utilizing hand tools, and following schematics to fabricate high-quality products. The Electronic Assembler will play a crucial role in ensuring that all assemblies meet industry standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components according to specifications and schematics.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment, including ohmmeters, to perform assembly tasks.
• Ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards during the assembly process.
• Fabricate parts as needed for assembly and repair processes.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks, including connecting logic controllers and other components.
• Solder connections accurately to ensure reliable electrical performance.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to verify functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and electronic measuring devices such as ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Experience with surface mount technology (SMT) is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical wiring principles and practices.
• Ability to solder effectively with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Electronic Assembly: 4 years (Required)
