Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
(DOOR OPERATOR, INTERNAL MOVER, LINE OPERATOR, MULTI-PACK TRUCKING, HARD ROLL WRAPPING & LOADING, CONSOLIDATE & OFFLINE WORKSTATION)
- Work and communicate with team members when performing any assigned work task.
- Maintain both productivity and quality performance standards while performing all work tasks.
- Perform work safely and support activities to ensure continued safety improvements, take responsibility to keep coworkers safe.
- Maintain both accuracy and completeness on all required paperwork.
- Follow all WMS/ procedures for the recording and tracking of product to insure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain housekeeping standards for both work area and department.
- Maintain safe operating procedures for all equipment required to perform work tasks.
- Follow all proper lifting procedures.
JOB TASK EXPECTATIONS:
Training:
- Needs to successfully complete checker training and perform the job during certification with productivity and quality (error rate) results that at least meet department expectations.
- This includes all types of loading methods.
- Loading and unloading finished product.
- Follows Sharp Guidelines.
- Loads and unloads product with productivity and quality that meets department standards.
- Stores product safely, without damage, and according to established department practices. Consistently completes all required loading and unloading paperwork correctly and in a timely manner.
- Understands and follows special circumstance expectations, e.g. lot control unloads, wet damage claims, returns.
- Follows all WMS procedures (loading/unloading/damage etc.)
- Operate workstations (OLWS) - Produce palletized products.
- Operates equipment safely and with a full knowledge of quality expectations. Any potentially serious operational issues (e.g. safety, equipment, quality, etc.) are communicated to Leadership.
- Asks questions when unsure of expectations, e.g. quality specs.
- Produces product at standard rates of operation.
- Does not allow work to expand to fill time allotted; asks for more direction.
- Exhibits flexibility and thoroughness in ability to work on different machines with
multiple product specs. - Follows all housekeeping procedures.
- Consolidate bays, forward stage product, and perform other warehouse support functions.
- Ability to accomplish warehouse support functions with one-time work direction and little, or no, supervision.
- Follows all WMS procedures.
- Follows storage practices that meet department standards.
- Does not allow work to expand to fill time allotted. Asks for more direction when necessary.
- Follows all housekeeping procedures.
- Remove and Store Product from Output Lines
- Stores product at standard rates of operation.

- Alerts team leadership to any potentially serious operational issues (e.g. quality, equipment, safety, etc.)

Essential Physical Demands of a Paddle Tractor Operator:
- Climb/dismount tractor cab - height of 48 - 52 by stepping onto an 18-inch step. Hand supports available for balancing and assistance - 3 to 10 times per hour for a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to shift in tractor cab seat from forward position to right or left trunk position. Driving 50% forward position, 50% backward position.
- Ability to turn to view objects directly behind tractor cab.
- Ability to turn steering wheel one full revolution to the right and left without restriction.

- Must be comfortable driving a forklift and performing shrink wrapping duties.
Steel toed shoes required.
