Description:
- Manage the end-to-end pursuit process from initial planning through delivery for all aspects related to the pursuit process, including strategy, proposal storyboarding, outline, schedules, workflow, and graphic resource requirements in the development of the proposal/interview deliverables.
- Develop proposal messaging (written and visual), write original content, and other proposal coordinators when necessary.
- Work with technical staff to develop strategic win plans.
- Work with technical staff to develop content for statement of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations.
- Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
- Develop, conceptualize, and collaboratively work with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing material.
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop and complete award submissions for technical associations and trade publications.
- Work as a collaborative member of the Marketing Team to track/maintain the central information databases for use on future projects.
- Assist the team with interview preparations to develop dynamic client presentations and corresponding materials to win the job!
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/editing skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3 years of related A/E Industry experience (Architecture/Engineering)
- Ability to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze RFQ/RFP requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects with competing demands
- Previous experience in proposal preparation or large-document management
