Job Title: Product Support Coordinator A
Location Hauppauge NY USA 11788
Shift timings: 1st Shift - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Duties
- Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and cranes to move products safely.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility of products.
- Handle incoming shipments by inspecting packages for damage and verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Support the team in achieving operational goals while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with specific skills in order fulfillment and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or cranes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
