Job Title: Material Handler Lv1

Duration: 03 months contract (with Possible extension)

Location: Baytown, TX 77523

Shift timings: Monday through Friday 7:30-4:00 PM CST (30 minute lunch break)

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment including cherry pickers and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory by accurately tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with mechanical tasks as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in inventory management processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment procedures including picking and packing items accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
