Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for loading and unloading goods.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse equipment to move products within the facility.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory.
- Assist in order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to safety standards.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in organizing stock in designated areas.
- Fabricate packaging materials as needed for shipping products safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse management practices and systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
