Shift and Time : 8hr (5 shifts)11a-7pm or (4 shifts )-10hr shifts 9a-7pm within 30miles of hospital
Schedule Details : Weekend Rotation :
On-call Requirements : max 8 on call shifts in a 6wk period- call starts when shift ends , must be within 30 mins of hospital
Holidays Requirements : N / A
Floating Requirements : N / A
Experience Required : Epic charting, 3 yrs plus years, Must be proficient with vascular, general, a plus to scrub eyes
Experience Preferred : scrub eyes
License Required : IL Lic, NBSTSA
Certificates Required : BLS, certification through NBSTSA
