Job Description:

·       Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless workflows.

·       Manage and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency.

·       Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

·       Plan and coordinate projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enforce quality standards.

·       Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and optimize service and maintenance tasks.

·       Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional services.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in operations or project management, preferably in the electrical, automation, or construction industries.

·       Hands-on experience in New Construction, Fit-Outs, and Renovations.

·       Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate team activities effectively.

·       Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency, quality, and performance.

·       In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, building automation, and retrofit projects.

·       Expertise in managing service and maintenance operations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Demonstrated decision-making capabilities and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
