Job Description:
· Contribute to the company’s Long-Term and Mid-Term Strategy Deployment process.
· Facilitate and support Annual Hoshin Planning processes at site and functional levels.
· Lead Value Stream Mapping and Value Chain Mapping events to support annual planning and budgeting.
· Identify project opportunities, training needs, and deployment methodologies based on planning sessions.
· Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to prioritize Lean & Six Sigma projects and training.
· Develop, coordinate, and manage Lean & Six Sigma training plans aligned with project targets.
· Assist in integrating initiatives into the Annual Budget Plan.
· Manage and execute high-impact Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt projects (~$500K /project).
· Deploy and drive Client’s Production System (SPS) and associated KPIs.
· Provide coaching and support for SPS implementation.
· Develop and enhance training materials for White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown, and Black Belts.
· Conduct Lean & Six Sigma training programs across all belt levels.
· Establish and deploy Lean & Six Sigma Program maturity growth Road Maps.
· Benchmark best-in-class metrics and performance within and outside the industry.
· Define and implement program KPIs, goals, and metrics.
· Manage Lean & Six Sigma project decks and ensure financial and operational goals are achieved.
· Provide RCA (Root-Cause Analysis) and CA (Corrective Action) support for PK, A3, and Apollo processes.
· Support site teams in improving asset utilization, line flow constraints, and automated data collection systems.
· Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to enhance product and process safety.
· Assist Product Design and Manufacturing Engineers in driving innovation and reducing defects.
· Develop IT systems and dashboards to track project performance, financials, and employee certifications.
· Establish mechanisms for reviewing and reporting program performance at all organizational levels.
· Manage budgets and financial reporting for Lean & Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events.
· Participate in Continuous Improvement Summits, benchmarking events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
· Perform other relevant functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience (Engineering preferred).
· Minimum 7 years of experience in Process Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence.
· Minimum 5 years in an organization with a strong Lean & Six Sigma culture.
· Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience handling large-scale, cross-functional projects.
· Lean Certification /Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
· Proficiency in Minitab and experience teaching it to others.
