Senior Engineer PE
- For this role, we are seeking a PE with extensive experience in site development, land development, engineering quantities and cost opinions, site / land feasibility reports, technical writing, critical thinking and analysis, excellent regulatory knowledge, and construction administration. This candidate should excel not only in technical proficiency but also in mentoring and leading their design team in effectively using Civil 3d and design tools (surfaces, corridors, hydroflow, SSA, etc). Their preferred experience should be in Houston / Harris County , ideally having worked for 1 - 2 firms. This candidate must possess leadership and technical skills and have experience in client management. They should also possess excellent communication, coordination, problem solving, organization, adaptability. A strong motivation to continual to learn and grow is a must
I typically am not interested in anyone over 8 yrs of experience but if they are from one of my competitors in Houston / Harris County I will review their resume to see if they could be the right fit.

Project Manager / Client Manager who has diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas. Uses advanced techniques, theory, precepts to plan, coordinate, and directs large and important engineering projects or a number of smaller projects with many complex features. Must also be able serves as technical specialist, and staff advisor. Must be able to carry out complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures to create new or refined equipment, materials, processes or methods. Must be able to supervise engineering and support personnel.
